Domestic Shipping (India)

• Delivery Time: Our standard shipping time within India is 6–8 working days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
• Shipping Charges: Flat fee of ₹150 on all orders. Free shipping for orders above ₹2,399.
• Courier Partners: Shiprocket, Delhivery, DTDC, Anjani Courier, and India Post. The courier will be selected based on availability and delivery efficiency.

Note on Fragile Items:
For products like fancy-shaped mirrors, we use premium packaging materials and reliable couriers (e.g., DTDC). However, we are not responsible for any damage caused during transit. Responsibility lies with the shipping company.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping with customized rates per kg based on your location:

Delivery Time: International orders usually take 10–15 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and customs processes.

Order Issues & Delays

• We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier or if the recipient is unavailable.
• Once the package is handed to the courier, tracking and delivery become the responsibility of the courier company.
• If your package is delayed or marked delivered but not received, please contact the respective courier company for assistance.
• If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability:
  • You may request reshipment by paying the shipping cost again.
  • If you prefer a refund, the shipping charges (paid by you or us) will be deducted from the refund amount.
