Our silver and golden mirrors are truly special — each one has its own character. That said, we can't guarantee the exact shade of silver or gold. Especially with golden mirrors, you might notice a slight fade or lightening over time. This is completely natural and part of the charm. Because of this, we don't offer returns or exchanges for color changes. We just want you to know before you buy, so there are no surprises later.
📦 Received a Damaged Product?
We pack each item with lots of care and attention, but sometimes, things happen during transit that are beyond our control. If your order arrives damaged, don't worry! Just send us a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video within 3 days of delivery. If the damage is verified, we'll happily send you a replacement. We've got your back!
🔁 Need to Return or Exchange?
You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. 💸 Refunds
Refunds In rare cases where a refund is necessary, we'll process it within 5–7 working days — but please note, any shipping fees (whether paid by you or us) are non-refundable. Only the product amount will be refunded.
