Refund policy

Arteneer Quality Guarantee & Broken Item Policy

At Arteneer, we inspect every mirror for premium quality before dispatch. Because our products are fragile glass, we do not offer returns for "change of mind" or personal preference. We offer replacements only if the item arrives broken or defective.

Mandatory Requirement: The Unboxing Video To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must record a clear, uninterrupted Unboxing Video showing the sealed package being opened and the damage found.

  • Reporting Window: You must report the damage and share the video within 24 hours of delivery.

  • How to Report: Email the video to arteneer@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 82002 17097.

Exceptions:

  • Claims made without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

  • Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Refunds & Replacements: If your damage claim is verified, we will dispatch a free replacement immediately. If a replacement is unavailable, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping: Since we only cover damaged items, you do not need to ship the broken glass back to us unless specifically requested by our team.
