Please record a continuous unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed package.

It helps us verify any issue quickly and ensures a smooth replacement process.

No unboxing video = We won't be able to process replacement requests.

We'll happily replace products if:

• You received a damaged item.
• You received the wrong product.
• A product is missing from your order.
• You received defective craft materials.

Simply contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Unboxing video
• Clear photos of the issue

We'll take care of the rest.
